• Sleep pattern interactions and usage history (e.g. lullaby plays, routine tracking)

If you use Apple to subscribe, billing and payment data is processed directly by Apple.

• Provide predictive sleep insights and personalized routines
• Communicate with you, including support messages and updates
• Improve our models, features, and user experience

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. All data relating to children is provided by a consenting parent or guardian and used solely to deliver Babella's functionality.

If we discover a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, we will delete it.

10. DO NOT TRACK

Our app does not respond to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals. We may use analytics and advertising tools that track user behavior across services.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Products may contain links to third-party websites or integrations with third-party platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services. We are not responsible for their content or data handling practices.
